Professional Background

For the last 8 years, I have worked in the health insurance industry. I've held leadership roles in Customer Service, Claims, Business Strategy and Finance and have served in both domestic and international markets. These roles have made me a lead specialist and subject matter expert (SME) specifically in Healthcare Operations.

Currently, my primary duties managing the specialty pharmacy client pricing process from front to end. This includes developing the pricing stratrgy, managing pricing performance, managing the business side of the specialty pricing UI and databases.
